Labadee Snorkeling and Amiga Island

The tour begins at Coco Beach, a small piece of land near Labadee. Labadee is the only private seaside resort in Haiti, the most popular tourist attraction in the country.

Surrounded by beautiful mountains and exotic vegetation, Labadee, being the private paradise of Royal Caribbean International, is housed on the north coast of the island of Hispaniola. This upscale destination combines pristine beaches, breathtaking scenery and spectacular water activities. Wherever you go, the beauty of the natural environment accompanies you. The charm of Labadee and the splendor of its environment make this area a place not to be missed during your stay in Haiti.

Our first stop will be at Belly Beach for an ecological walk of 64 stairs to discover Fort Belly, one of the first Spanish fortifications of the early 17th century. From the fort you will have the opportunity to enjoy an aerial view of the port of Labadee where you will have to get your cameras out for a photo session memories.

Back on our * Bwa Fouye * where the bar is open to cool off with rum & Coke, and water we drive to the bay of Cadras, where we take you to a sandbar, far from the coast , with clear waist deep water. With the open bar you continue to quench your thirst we believe that the experience will satisfy you. That's not all, we offer you snorkeling at one of Labadee's off-shore reefs while enjoying incredible visibility and a colorful underwater world in the tropics.

Finally our final destination is Rats Island or Amiga Island. It's a real island! We are talking about (8.000) square meters. The coast stretches as far as the eye can see. If you like turquoise and transparent water, it will be an opportunity for you to take a selfie because such opportunity is found in a few places on earth. Seriously, white sand, palm trees and other trees? Yes, it's a breathtaking combination .. "Ivory sands lined with rows of swaying palm trees: That's the real reason for your vacation.

Eyeopening tour of Haiti I am ashamed to say that I have lived in the Dominican Republic for over 8 years and this was my first trip to Haiti. There is so much false information and misconceptions about Haiti - I only wanted to make the trip with a company that I felt I could trust. I was completely blown away by the 4 day tour that Tours in Haiti put together for us. On our trip we saw the Citadel, Labadee Bay, Amiga Island, and 2 different waterfalls. We began the trip with a horse ride up the Citadel, where you are literally in a castle in the middle of the clouds. You could see for miles and miles below and it was all rolling green mountains. We visited the San Souci palace that, even in ruins, looks so picturesque like you are in the middle of a painting. By far my favorite part of the trip was Labadee Bay. I live in the Caribbean and have seen beautiful beaches, but Amiga Island was beyond any beach I have ever seen before. The water around the island was a clear turquoise and the island seemed to glow as we approached it. From the food, all of the beautiful sites and the lovely people, my trip to Haiti was amazing. Tours in Haiti organized the entire trip from hotels, sites, and where to eat. I felt completely safe the entire time and am already making plans to go back again.I really want to thank Tours in Haiti for showing me the beauty of Haiti. It really was an eye opening experience.

Beautiful little island Private little island. Walk around it in 5 minutes. Beautiful sand and water plus awesome views of mainland Haiti. Washroom facilities are crappy though and could use some serious work. Still a great getaway.
